Do you recommend Peugeot Chili Grinders or Spice Grinders for Chili Flakes?

I get asked this questions alot. My sense is that the best manufacturers' are opting for stainless steel pepper grinders and ceramic grinders for salt.

I emailed the Cornish sea salt company. There reply is below and confirms what I would also have advised you if just on an educated guess. The Crushgrind ceramic grinders are the mills recommended by the Malden Seasalt company as well.
