Can I use large peppercorns in my Peugeot mills?

The Peugeot Grinders take the normal size, dried peppercorns. That is what they are designed for. Some of the larger peppercorns available on the market are so large that they cannot drop down into the grinding mechanism, so you do need to be careful.... (More...)

What is the difference between CrushGrind ceramic mills and any other ceramic mills?

I agree, it is a bit confusing but there are lots of different kinds of ceramic salt and pepper mills out there, some better than others.
We do 2 kinds, the T&G CrushGrind and the William Bounds. I have to say that I would recommend the T&G CrushGrind... (More...)
