I got a Crushgrind peppermill for Christmas and all was fine until recently it has stopped working. I fear I may have overtighten the screw as it has ceased to grind anything - it just clicks a lot when you turn it... Is it possible to buy a replacement ceramic wheel?

All of the Crushgrind mills come with a life time warranty on the mechanism, and so we can send you one free of charge.

Before we can do this however we need to know which mill it actually is so that we can send the correct part. So if you could let me know either the type of Crushgrind mill, or your order reference number, then I can get it sent out to you.
