I have a William Bounds Acrylic salt/pepper mill that I am trying to refill. I unscrew the top but do not know how to get the salt top off. It seems to pull the spring when I try to pull it off and unscrewing only makes pepper. Help?!!

We only sell the ceramic William Bounds mills so I can't tell you the answer from my experience. However, I think the William Bounds importers, called ICTC, should be able to help. They are normally very helpful

Here is there number: 01603 488019 - ask for Kath, though whether they talk to the General Public direct I don't know
