All the Peugeot Electric Pepper Mills have the same grinding mechanism within them so from the that point of view you are getting the same quality with any electric pepper mill you choose. However, the Peugeot Elis mills have a number of additional features:

• an U select mechanism which makes it easier to choose the coarseness and fineness of the grind you require
• the option for either rechargeable batteries or standard batteries
• brushed stainless steel body

The Peugeot Zephir Electric Pepper Mill has a soft touch body and no U select. This makes the mill body materials cheaper than the Elis, and this is reflected in the price.

The Peugeot Zeli Electic Pepper Mill has a chrome and acrylic body, again cheaper than the Elis stainless steel, and again, no U select mechanism.
