I can't work out how to adjust the grind consistency on my Trudeau Professional Pepper Mill. Can you help?

Q - I have just received a Trudeau Professional Steel Pepper Mill and Salt Mill set from you and I grind one way for coarse and one way for fine, but this doesn't work. Can you give me any advice?
A - In order to adjust the grind, you turn the knob on the top section of the mill one way for coarse and one way for find. For actually grinding pepper and salt, you need to grind the mill top section and it is best only to grind clockwise.
