Q - Do you do spare knobs for pepper mills? I am not sure if the pepper mill knobs are generic or manufacturer specific?

A - We do not sell spare knobs for pepper mills as they are so many diffierent types, even within a brand. So the Peugeot Fidji Pepper Mills have a different knob from the Peugeot Paris Mills . The cost of keeping all of the them in stock and then sending them out to customers would make the price to you high, and would still be an uneconomic activity for us.

On your second question as to whether the knobs are generic, I would have to say that I very much doubt it. The difference in the Peugeot Pepper Milll knobs may be stylistic only - although I am not certain of this without testing them all - but I would be very surprised if all pepper mill manufacturers use the same size thread for knobs.
