I might sound like an evasive politician avoiding a simple question, but I this really is not as straight forward a question as you may think!

We sell salt and pepper mills both to restaurants and to the general public. Our statistics can be completely skewed by one enormous trade order. So for example, I sold a very large quantity of CrushGrind "Lipstick" mills to a cafe chain a couple of years ago. These mills are now discontinued and I sold very few to the general public. But the Lipstock Pepper Mills still appear as an all time top selling item.

The first 3 mills above haveall been best sellers for the last 3 years. The Paris natural 27cms and the Fidji Cherry have been particularly popular in the last 12 months.
