This Gustav Double Bladed Mezzaluna (Hachoir) and Hachoir Board lets you chop with speed and precision - twice as fast as a single bladed!

The blade is made from stainless steel and both board and mezzaluna handles are made from natural wood. The mezzaluna handles are varnished but the hachoir board is not - for obvious food safety reasons!.
